Orders Direct from Warehouse
Some of our webstore products are delivered to you direct from our warehouse as we may not have it in stock at the Waterloo shop. These products are identified by NOTE: This item is shipped to you direct from our warehouse on the product page before the ADD TO CART button.
Is insurance and tracking included with my delivery?
For your peace of mind your order comes with complimentary tracking. Insurance is optional during the checkout process for a small additional cost, this protects you against theft or damages when your delivery is in transit.
Sorry but we do not currently ship internationally.
Shipping Costs within Australia
We use Australia Post or Couriers Please for our deliveries within Australia. Your shipping costs will be estimated and provided to you during the checkout process.
Estimated Shipping Times within Australia
Most orders will be processed within the next business day after your purchase. Once your order has been processed by our customer service team, we will notify our shipping providers that your purchase is ready for dispatch.
For direct warehouse orders these can take up to 2 days to process before being picked up by the courier for shipping.
Express Post metropolitan deliveries take 2 business days in most cases after dispatch. In country areas estimated times are between 2 and 3 business days from date of dispatch, in some cases really remote areas can take an estimated 5 days after date of dispatch.
Standard Post Shipping Times
Orders sent to locations on the east coast of Australia generally arrive within 1 to 3 working days from date of dispatch, other states mostly within 5 working days from date of dispatch. For extremely remote and WA locations delivery is generally 5 to 8 working days from date of dispatch.
During checkout please leave an email address and mobile phone number, you will receive tracking information once your delivery has been picked up. If you haven’t received any tracking information please check your junk email folder and the email used during checkout.
I have not received any tracking for my order, what should I do?
If you have still not received your tracking information please contact us by CLICKING HERE with your order number.
My tracking shows an unusual location?
In some cases, your parcel may be directed to postage depots outside of your area or take a route which does not seem direct. Rest assured your parcel is on its way and will arrive as soon as possible.
What if I’m not home for my delivery?
At the time of checkout, please leave delivery instructions or an authority to leave if you are not home. If no authority to leave instructions are left, the courier will leave a card in your letterbox.
It has been 7 to 8 working days and my order has not arrived?
Please check the tracking information provided by the courier company, have your tracking number ready. If the courier company cannot help you please contact us by CLICKING HERE with your order number and we will promptly investigate where your order is.
