Refunds and Returns Policy
Ordering with Happy Wheels
Happy Wheels is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Return any unused merchandise and packaging in its original condition within 28 days of the purchase date for an exchange or store credit (shipping cost excluded). Refunds will be issued if the product is proven to be defective by the manufacturer.
We want you to make an informed decision on your purchase. Making the right purchase decision is important and 28 days gives you time to reach out to us for advice, especially when it comes to compatibility or sizing.
Where can I return my purchase?
Return your product to our Waterloo store for an Exchange or Credit. Please retain any purchase information such as order number and/or invoice to assist our staff with the returns process.
Sending back for an Exchange/Store Credit:
Once we receive your return, we will contact you via phone or email to arrange for the exchange. If a store credit is requested, we will send you a notification email once the credit has been applied to your Happy Wheels account.
Sending back for a Refund:
Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund within 5 business days. The refund is issued back to the same method of payment on which your original order was placed unless agreed otherwise.
*If your purchase was made online, the refund will be actioned by our online customer service team as soon as possible, but may not be able to be done on the spot (specifically on weekends).

The Happy Wheels Refunds and Returns policy in no way limits your rights as a consumer as outlined by the Australian Consumer Law.
